Big Blue Saw is delighted to announce 11 spiffy new materials which are great for decoration, clothing, crafts, and more. We have added to our online quoting system two new types of felt in nine colors and patterns plus two kinds of leather.

These materials are all laser cut and engraved using Big Blue Saw's high-powered laser cutting system. Design your pieces using the Big Blue Saw Designer on our website, or upload an existing design to our ordering system. We will typically ship your pieces to you within 2 business days.

Keep an eye on our website for more great materials in the near future. If you have any suggestions for what you'd like to see, please let us know!

Our online ordering system has been updated to handle bigger parts. Bigger is better for people making furniture, large signs, or giant machines.

You can now order parts up to 47 x 35 inches (47 x 23 inches for laser cutting). Remember, we can make parts that are even bigger. Just e-mail us for a quote.

Two of our most popular materials, 0.125 inch thick 6061 aluminum alloy and 0.118 inch thick clear acrylic plastic, are included in this sale. We'll be offering quantity discounts for any part made using these two materials. For instance, a single aluminum part that would normally cost $76.70 might now cost as little as $7.70, a savings of almost 90%!
