Laser Cutting!

Big Blue Saw is now proud to add laser cutting to the services we offer. Just pick 0.118 inch thick clear acrylic plastic, and you'll be shown the prices for having your parts made with our laser cutting process instead of our usual waterjet cutting. The rates are generally much lower than our waterjet cutting prices, so check it out.

For the moment, we only offer laser cutting on thin acrylic plastic, but that will be changing soon. We'll have more details in the days to come, including photos of sample parts.

Hi,

I am working on a floral design that I'm looking to have cut into a metal piece. The overall design is approximately 3" round with various cuts throughout to make up the flower. I am looking to have approximately 15 of these made and am thinking a 1/16" - 1/8" thickness would be ideal. I'm looking for a material that is silver in color, sturdy and economical, perhaps stainless steel is the answer.

Here is a link to a photo taken of a similar design to what I am working on:

Please get back to me and let me know if this is a service you offer and an estimate on the price including set-up fees and material costs.

Many thanks,

Stainless steel is typically more attractive than aluminum or plain steel.
