As of now, we offer 107 different combinations of material and thickness! That's a lot, but it really only scratches the surface of what we can do. Our online quoting system has changed to allow you to send us any kind of file: a sketch, photo, or drawing in whatever format you have. We'll still offer instant quotes and ordering for PNG, GIF, DXF, and Big Blue Saw Designer files, but now, we'll help you out with your design no matter what file type you've got.

If upload a file that can't be automatically quoted, you can optionally provide your contact information along with some information about what you'd like to have made. We will be able to get in touch with you in 1-2 business days to help you get an estimate, quote, or even a completed CAD file ready for manufacturing.

Our online quoting system now allows you to add engraving to your parts when using a DXF file. Just create a new layer called "Engraving" and add all of the things to be engraved to that layer. Note that we don't yet support the HATCH (filled area) or TEXT entities in DXF files.

For example, in QCad, just click the "+" button in the layers list to add a new layer:

You will be prompted to enter the name of the new layer. Enter "Engraving" (without the quotes). Your layer list will now look like this:

Finally, add any lines, arcs, etc. to be engraved to the Engraving layer by setting their Layer attribute (Modify -> Attributes -> Layer:).

Any order placed through our online ordering system for this material will automatically have a discount applied. We're discounting our setup charges and cutting time, so a typical order will see about a 20% discount.
