We've updated our onlne quoting system to be a lot smarter when it comes to handling your uploaded DXF files. A lot of files that didn't work correctly before now will. And if the quoting system still has problems with your file, we've added a diagnostic page to show you where it's getting confused.

If you're reading this, you've probably noticed some significant changes to the website recently.
- The blog is now hosted on the main Big Blue Saw website.
- We've added RSS and ATOM feeds for the blog.
- Comments have experimentally been added to the FAQ section to allow our customers quicker and easier feedback on the topics there.
- The homepage has been reorganized to be less cluttered and to make sure customers know about the Big Blue Saw Designer.
- The Designer has had a minor update to eliminate some non working functions.
We hope you enjoy our continuing efforts to make our website and service easier for you to use. Feedback, as always, is most appreciated.

Here's a great testimonial we received from Russell Kirk, one of our customers:
"Congratulations on a great website and service! It is something we've needed for quite awhile in the prototyping industry. We work with another local water jetter for parts larger than 36". We have already sent and received parts from Big Blue in the time that it has taken them just to get us a quote. Keep up the great work!"
Thanks for the kind words, Russell.

The Big Blue Saw Designer now no longer uses a pop-up window; it appears right inside your main browser window. This is a much cleaner design and should eliminate some of the problems people were having with security software blocking the window.
Also, the Designer will automatically save your working design so that when you re-visit the designer page within the same browser session, your work will be re-loaded.
