Big Blue Saw is delighted to announce 11 spiffy new materials which are great for decoration, clothing, crafts, and more. We have added to our online quoting system two new types of felt in nine colors and patterns plus two kinds of leather.

These materials are all laser cut and engraved using Big Blue Saw's high-powered laser cutting system. Design your pieces using the Big Blue Saw Designer on our website, or upload an existing design to our ordering system. We will typically ship your pieces to you within 2 business days.

Big Blue Saw can cut and engrave leather using our laser cutting machine. Leather is a natural material, and so is subject to variations in thickness, density, and color. We do our best to ensure that the leather you receive is clean and free from defects. Minor charring may be present from the laser cutting and engraving operations; this can be easily cleaned off using any leather cleaner.

Felt fabric is a handy and economical material for crafts, clothing, decoration, and soundproofing. All of Big Blue Saw's felt fabrics are engravable, but the contrast produced by the engraving will vary depending upon the color and variety. Laser cutting will seal the edges of acrylic fabric quite nicely.

Felts listed as "stiff" are more rigid and are designed to be used in applications where they will remain flat. Other felts are softer and are designed to be used in applications where they can be rolled or folded.
