Here's an order for the B&R Automation Academy of B&R Industrial Automation Corp. We made the control panel backing plate from 0.12 inch thick stainless steel 304 using waterjet cutting.

"We use these metal plates as product mounting boards for our PLC, I/O modules, and drive. They are packed in Storm Cases and shipped all over the country for us to teach programming classes and field service classes to industrial machine builders (for example, Trumpf, a waterjet and laser cutting machine manufacturer, uses our products)."

On Monday, March 19, and Tuesday, March 20, you can turn your designs into real aluminum parts, and SAVE. Orders placed through our website will automatically receive a quantity discount when you choose 316 inch thick aluminum 6061 (that's 0.19" or 4.8 mm). That's the same price you'd receive if you were ordering 10 at a time, even with an order as small as 1 part.

Aluminum 6061 is a strong, lightweight material that's weldable and has good corrosion resistance. Our customers have used this material in robots, assembly lines, research projects, architectural elements, and much more. It's the most popular material we sell.

This sale is a great opportunity to try Big Blue Saw for the first time. Upload your design to our online quoting and ordering system now.
