FAQ/HELP

All of our machines are designed to cut the entire part in one sitting. So they cut the interior holes on the part and then index where they cut the outer profile to those hole locations. They don’t have the tools to index a profiled hole to a specific place on a pre-existing part. We also can’t program them to raise and lower the the cutting heads on the Z axis while they are running. They are really only designed to cut sheets of material, and all of our clamps are made for sheets. We don’t have a good way to, for example hold a computer case in the waterjet and cut a specific hole shape in it. Now if you have a way to design a panel for your computer case that is flat and will screw onto your existing tower, we can cut that from fresh sheet metal.
